Attaching barcode labels is highly recommended to prevent errors when making stock in/out and increase work efficiency.
Label printing is available in
Product List > Manage.
Printing Product Barcode
Product Details page, please press the green button to print barcode labels.
From the printing page, please check the page and label design settings.
Aside from setting paper size on BoxHero web, you must check the size settings from your browser's printing settings and printer's device settings.
Printing Item ID(QR-code) Label
If your team is in Multi Mode, you can both print labels for product barcode and sub-item.
For example, by printing the labels for expiry dates, you can manage stocks with expiry dates easily.
Unlike product barcode, please be reminded that sub-item is printed in QR-code, not in a barcode.
By scanning the QR-code with your phone, you will be directed to the sub-item right away.
Product name is added as a default and you must add information you would like to print on label additionally.
Label Design Settings, please insert the additional information you need to print with.
Aside from setting the paper size on BoxHero web, please check both of the settings for your browser and printing device.
Printing Labels in Bulk
To print barcodes in bulk, please go to 'Product List >
After selecting the products that you wish to print the barcodes for, please click the
Label Print button.
For QR-code(sub-item) label printing, please go to 'Product List >
Manage > Sub-item' and proceed as the steps as above.
Label Sheet Settings
When printing, you can custom design your label sheet to print.
Page Settings include
Thermal Label and
Thermal Paper: You can set width and height.
A4: You can set the width, margin, and how many labels to print within the paper.
Label Design Setting allows choosing additional information to add within the labels.
By referring to the example above, please choose information to add on the labels.
By pressing the
Refresh button, all settings will be refreshed to default.
If your printing settings have been finished, please click the
Label Sheet Printer
To print the labels, printing in 'Label Printer' with 'Thermal Label' is recommended, rather than an A4 printer.
