I was billed for $1 USD. Why?

$1 USD is automatically billed to verify that your card is valid. $1 will be removed from your bill, so you will not be charged in any way. The charge is usually removed within 10 days. Please contact your credit card company to verify the exact date of removal.

Do I have to pay after the free trial is over?

The free trial is provided with the accessibility of the Business Plan(10 members, 2,000 products, 10 locations). If you wish to continue using the Business Plan, you can insert your payment information before the trial is over. If you do not insert any payment information, your trial will automatically change to the Single Plan(free). If you wish to use the Single Plan, adjusting your accessibility to the Single Plan is required.

Will my data remain even after the free trial is over?

After your free trial is over, your plan will be switched to the Single Plan(free) automatically. Your data will not be deleted even if you do not make any payment. However, if you have invited members or registered more than 100 products during the free trial, you must adjust your accessibility to the Single Plan or upgrade it to the Business Plan to use the service.

I tried to start the Single Plan, but accidentally a free trial for the Business Plan has started. How can I switch to the Single Plan?

For the first time users, BoxHero free trial is provided for free in the Business Plan so that the users can fully experience the service. Your trial will be automatically switched to the Single Plan after 30 days. If you wish to continue use as the Business Plan, please insert your payment information before the trial is over.

How can I upgrade from the Single Plan to the Business Plan?

From the Settings > Payment, please change it to the Business Plan or click the Upgrade button from the bottom. Please insert your payment information correctly and start your subscription. Once the payment has been confirmed, you can use the Business Plan right away.

How long can I use the Single Plan for free?

The Single Plan is provided for free from BoxHero until any further notice. However, if you wish to invite members or register more than 100 products or 3 locations, upgrading to the Business Plan is required.

What are the payment options?

To provide a seamless service, BoxHero’s payment system is Stripe, a globally verified payment system for its security. You can process your payment with card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) authorized for the international payment.

Can I change my payment information?

From the Settings, you can always change your payment information. If you have any further inquiries regarding payment settings, please send it to BoxHero customer service Email, support+boxhero@bgpworks.com.

Is my payment information safe?

BoxHero does not save your payment information in any way and the payment is processed through the payment called, Stripe. Stripe is a service verified for its security and is adopted by many global businesses(Twitter, Lyft, Unicef, etc.).

What happens when I cancel my subscription?

The service will be unavailable from the next payment date and can be used before the date. Your data will be saved for up to 3 months after your cancellation.

How can I make a payment?

The Single Plan is provided for free. For the Business Plan, please go to Settings to start your subscription. From the Yearly Plan and Monthly Plan, please choose on and insert your payment information. After checking the total amount of payment, please submit to finish. You can always change your plan or payment information anytime.

How do I cancel/unsubscribe my payment?

Please go to Settings and click the Unsubscribe button to cancel your next payment. You can always restore your cancellation before your billing date as well. A refund is unavailable for the already paid amount.

What happens if I want to register more than 100 or 2,000 products?

If surpassing the accessibility provided from the plan you are currently using, a restriction is applied to your team from using BoxHero. For the Single Plan, because adding option is not supported, you upgrade to the Business Plan.

For the Business Plan, up to 2,000 products are provided. If you wish to register more, you can add options starting from 1,000 products/$10 per month. Options can be added 50,000 products maximum.

To add or edit options, please go to Settings > Payment.

Do I have to pay more if I invite members?

For Single Plan, member invite is unavailable. For Business Plan, up to 10 member invites are allowed and you can add more members whenever you need to for $5/user per month from the Settings page.

Do all members have to pay to use the service?

BoxHero's payment subscription is required by the team. Therefore, as long as the admin makes a subscription payment, other members are not obligated for any payment.

From BoxHero mobile app, a pop-up appeared,'Your team exceeded its item limit and is restricted to read-only access.', what do I do?

How can I pay on BoxHero mobile app?

Unfortunately, in-app purchases are currently unavailable for BoxHero. App Store or Google Play’s market policy is not suitable for a team-based payment plan like BoxHero. We are working on providing mobile app payments available in the future.

To make a payment, please go to BoxHero PC web-app(https://www.boxhero-app.com/) and make a payment from the Settings after logging in. We are in preparation to support mobile payment as well. We ask for your understanding.

How can I start the Business Plan?

From the Settings page, please select the Business Plan and the billing cycle. You can always add additional options whenever you want. Please insert your payment information, check the total payment amount, and submit to finish. You can always change your plan or the billing cycle whenever you wish to.

How can I change from the Business Plan to the Single Plan?

From the Settings page, please click the Unsubscribe button. Your team will be automatically switched to the Single Plan on your next billing date. Please be aware that in order to use the Single Plan, adjusting the accessibility is required to avoid any restrictions.

I want to add more locations. How?

Because adding locations for the Single Plan is unavailable, you must upgrade it to the Business Plan. The Business Plan provides up to 10 locations and if you wish to add more, you can add options from the Settings page. Up to 100 additional locations can be added.

Do I have to pay more as the quantity increases?

BoxHero does not charge extra for increasing quantity.

Do I get paid right away if I insert my payment information during the free trial?

The payment is accessed once the free trial is over.

What happens if my payment doesn’t go through due to card being expired?

We will automatically send you a notification email each time your payment does not go through, for up to 4 times during 30 days. If all the transactions fail to be processed, your plan will be canceled and downgraded.

I want to add more members. How?

Because member invite for the Single Plan is unavailable, you must upgrade it to the Business Plan. The Business Plan provides up to 10 members and if you wish to add more, you can add options from the Settings page for $5/user per month. Up to 100 additional members can be added.

Can I change my biling cycle?

From the Settings page, you can change your billing cycle whenever you want.

For an accurate payment calculation, once you changed the cycle, your payment will be accessed right away. If you have added options, it will be added to your billing. The remainder of your original billing will be deducted from your new billing. If changing from an Yearly Plan to a Monthly Plan, a refund is unavailable and the remainder will be transferred as a credit to your account and be deducted from your furture billings.

What happens if I surpass the accessibility?

If you have more products, sub-items, locations, or members than your plan's given accessibility, your team will be restricted from using the service. Please adjust the registered amount or upgrade to a Business Plan or add additional options.

Does the number of products from the Pricing Plan’s accessibility mean the quantity?

The number of the product is the types of items on the team, not quantity.

How do I add additional options to increase my accessibility?

Please go to the Settings to change your option settings.

When options are added, the remaining period until the next billing date is calculated and billed right away. After, the plan is automatically paid by your chosen billing date cycle.

Can I reduce the added options?

Please go to the Settings > Payment and edit the options as you need anytime.

If options are reduced, the remainder of your subscription will be transferred as a credit and be deducted from your next bill. After, you will be billed by your chosen plan and the options on your billing date accordingly.

Can I change several options from the plan at once?

Please go to the Settings > Payment and edit the options as you need anytime.

When adding or reducing options, the remaining period until the next billing date is calculated and will be billed right away. If the reducing amount is bigger than the increasing amount, then no further payment is required. The remainder of your balance will be transferred as a credit. After, you will be billed by your chosen plan and the options on your billing date accordingly.

Can I get a refund?
