If the printout does not match the paper size, it can result in the barcode printing in a rotated position (printing sideways or at a 90-degree angle). Please go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Printer Properties to set the default paper size correctly.
If the barcode or QR code appears in red, it means there is an unprintable barcode value. Please check that the values set in the barcode field are either numeric or alphanumeric.
If your printed barcode appears blurry or jagged, adjusting the dithering or rendering settings can help improve the print quality. Follow the steps below based on your operating system.
Turn off the dithering option in your printer driver settings.
Go to Print Barcode
> Add Label Design
> Design Detail
and change your barcode rendering to Vector.
After applying these changes, try printing the barcode again to check if the quality has improved.
