Account

The "Account Settings" menu lets you manage your personal details, including your name, profile image, language, and email preferences.

Account Settings

To access your account settings, click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Profile Information

  • Image: Upload or change your profile picture.

  • Name: Edit your display name.

  • Language: Set your preferred language for using BoxHero.

Email Preferences

You can manage your email preferences and choose whether or not to receive notifications.

  • Email: Enter the email address where you’d like to receive BoxHero notifications. This can be the same as your login email or a different one.

  • News & Updates: Get the latest product updates, feature releases, and company news.

Delete Data

  • End All Sessions: This will sign you out from all devices.

  • Delete Account: Your account will be permanently deleted from BoxHero. This action cannot be undone, so proceed with caution.
