You can update your notification settings under Settings > Notifications. Any changes you make will only apply to your account and will not affect other team members.
When low stock alerts are enabled, all team members will receive push notifications via the mobile app. If needed, users can customize their individual alert preferences.
App Notifications: Toggle to OFF if you prefer not to receive mobile app notifications.
Alert Locations: If managing multiple locations, you can choose to receive notifications for specific locations only.
Alert Time: Set a preferred time to receive notifications.
If you’re not receiving alerts even though your notifications are turned on, please check your phone’s app notification settings.
Get a weekly summary of your inventory activity delivered to your inbox. To stop receiving these emails, just toggle your email notifications setting to OFF.
